REFUND POLICY

1- Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that are defective, not as described, or fail to function as intended.
2- Refund Request Process
You can submit your refund request within 7 days from the date of purchase by creating a ticket through our DISCORD group. In your request, please include proof of purchase and a text explaining the reason why you want to return the ticket.
3- Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
4- Non-Refundable Items
-Digital keys that have been accessed or used.
-Products explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase.
