Terms of Service
By using nyrexscript.com (“Service”), you’re agreeing to these terms. Simple, right? We update them from time to time, so it’s on you to check in now and then. These terms cover all the services we offer through nyrexscript.com and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our”).
When you sign up or buy a license for anything on our site, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agree to these terms. If you don’t, don’t sign up or use the Service. If you want to delete your account, just get in touch with us.
Oh, and we have the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms. No warning. Just sayin’.
User Content
Anything you upload or submit to our site could be reviewed by our team. We might also send it through third-party services (like spam checkers). Don’t upload stuff you consider private.
We can remove or change anything you submit whenever we want, for whatever reason. If you want to ask us to remove something, we’ll decide if we’ll do it.
By submitting content, you give us a non-exclusive, permanent, and unlimited license to use it however we want, but you still own the copyright.
User Account
Your account is yours, and it’s personal. No selling, sharing, or transferring your account to anyone else. You’re responsible for keeping your login info private. If someone gets into your account because you gave them your details (by accident or not), that’s on you. We’re not liable for unauthorized access.
Also, if we catch you sharing your account, it’s game over. Your account will get locked and you won’t have access to the software anymore. When you subscribe, you can link one device to your account, and only that device can use our service. If you de-link, you lose 4 hours from your subscription.
Subscriptions
When you buy a subscription, it starts once we confirm your payment. It stops at the end of the period. If it’s a monthly subscription, you can cancel through our store page before the next month rolls around to avoid getting charged.
Subscriptions come with a limited, non-exclusive license to use our software, but this access might be interrupted for maintenance or if we decide to end the service. If that happens, we’ll give you compensation, and any downtime will be added back to your subscription.
Payments and Refunds
You’ve got 3 days after purchase to get a full refund, but only if you haven’t linked your device to the subscription yet. After that, no refunds. We’re offering virtual, intangible products, so refunds won’t apply to partial or unused services. Make sure you’re happy with your purchase before you complete it.
If you try to scam us—fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or anything like that—your account will get permanently banned, and we might even take legal action.
Assumption of Risk – Anti-Cheat Software
Some of our products are for games with anti-cheat systems. Just because we say we support anti-cheat tech doesn’t mean you won’t get caught using our service. If you decide to use our stuff in a game with anti-cheat, you do so at your own risk. We’re not responsible if your account gets banned. No payment reversals or disputes will be accepted if that happens.
